The Mission of NWMBA is to provide opportunities for the youth of North Winnipeg, West St. Paul, St. Andrews, and Selkirk to learn and enjoy playing baseball.

This mission is fostered initiatives that include:
1) Providing safe, supportive, and positive environments
2) Prioritizing high-quality, ethical coaching and instruction
3) A variety of competitive levels commensurate with each child's abilities and desires
4) Focusing on the pivotal elements of teamwork and sportsmanship
5) Prioritizing our effort in contributing to long-term athlete development and a life-long love of baseball.
